sorry they are not. only the concept is the same: front view of the face with an animated expressions. eveytime i make a new avatar i start from the zero. theres no program since i try to se a bit of the artist style when i make their avatars. sorry but you are either offending me when you say this avatar look like this one or just not paying attention. of course a hedgehog character is going to look like another hedgehog character... coz in fact they look like the same anyway. tho i try my best to not make them look like.
and theres no program coz this way people wold have only one style. as i said before, the i use a bit their style and of mine when i make my avatars.
just look at them all over here and compare. you can see a lot of different styles, tho i made them all. also the expressions are always customized. i think its not possible create a program who make the avatar look like your style and using exactly the expression, clothes, and accessories you want.
but im sure more people can make avatars like that. i can see some people who make them sometimes. but they use patterns and of course that make them look like each other.
